I'm another August 2012 filer, waiting (since 139 days :crying:) for a NOA2 from CSC. My case was never "touched" either.

On the bright side, there's only 2 more weeks to go until my case reaches the 5 months processing timeframe. :clock:

Once that happens, I'll finally be able to place an e-Request (hopefully) to kick-start my case.

Hi Everyone! I'm glad this thread was created.

We got our NOA1 on August 6th. The five-month "anniversary" of that date is approaching next week. We are CSC, which seems to have ground to a complete halt in November and December. My partner and I are really hoping for news sometime in January.

I will say this though: I don't see a lot of evidence of anyone (from either VSC or CSC) having received their NOA2 who have filed in August, so it looks like we're playing the waiting game at this point.

And yeah, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's sure the heck isn't helping!

Good luck to everyone!!!!!

Does anyone know where CSC is at at this point in terms of the applications they are processing? A cursory look at the VJ timelines shows that most of the people that have updated their timelines on the site up until about July 20th or so have gotten their NOA2s. But we all know that this is very imperfect information...

I just hope approvals pick up in a big way on January 2nd, starting with the July 23 filers. I would love to see the remaining July fillers approved and out the way so the CSC can focus on us August filers......and when they do I wanna be seeing approvals reported at the rate of 10 per day or more.!!!

Good news...I am an August filer (Aug.2nd) and I received our NOA2 today! I called 2 weeks ago (as soon as we hit the 5 month mark) but I didn't get any helpful information...just that I was still within normal processing time, and to call back in a month. Then, last week, I went to my congressman's office and they filed an inquiry on my behalf...the response that I received back (yesterday!) was the same in as in my phone call...still within normal processing time, inquire again in a month. Then last night, I had a dream that I received the notification email...and just a few hours ago, I actually got the notice! Crazy, right?!? I hope this means good things for all the other July/August/September filers. I'm not sure if contacting my congressman helped, but maybe it made CSC dig out my petition??? Just speculating, but definitely worth a shot for everyone!
