If my son is a USA citizen, could either one of my parents (my sons grandmother or grandfather) could either one petition my sons mother to the usa?

Example

Usa citizen marries a Filipina, they have a child

Can the citizens parents petition the childs mother, if the child becomes a usa citizen?

Does an i-130 cover a daughter in law and Grandson (the grandson whom is a usa citizen)

No, grandparents/ in-laws have no petitionable relationship.

The USC son, once 21, can petition his mother.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

YOU need to do the IR/CR-1 spousal visa for your wife
