hi my dear VJers,

I sent an email to NVC inquiring about my case status on 31st October 2012 after call attempts failed, i have not got a reply via email so far! Is there something wrong or it takes that long?

when do i expect to hear from them?

It took me about 10 days to get a response from the NVC via email. It is much quicker to call and ask for a case update.

They do take quite long to reply. I emailed them on the 31st as well and still havent had a reply. Noting from previous email correspondence with them, they take about 2 weeks to reply. You should try calling again. I just did, was on hold for only 4 mins. Late at night is also best. Good luck

They take a little over a week to answer emails. Better to wait 20-30 minutes on the line as ask to an operator. I called early in the morning (first 10 minutes) and waited only 5 minutes. I had this luck when I called late at night (the last half hour)

You need to call. They won't give you case status rarely in an email. Call first thing when they open or just before closing. You might not have to wait so long.

By the way what address did you send it to?
