Does anyone been denied or received RFE for missing letter of intent? My lawyer is saying that it could be taken at the interview not necessary at the first step. I have submitted for I29 FOR BOTH FIANCE AND FIANCEE WITH SIGNATURE, LOTS OF PROOF, EMAILS, SKYPE LOGS, TELEPHONE BILLS, HOTEL STAY, AIRLINE TICKETS, PICTURES, I HAVE SEEN HIM 2 TIMES IN LESS THAN 7 MONTHS, PASSPORT COPIES ... LOTS OF GOOD THINGS BUT I WAS NEVER ASKED TO WRITE THE LETTER ---

please advise

Hi there, you need the original letters of intent to marry with signatures ( both the petitioner and beneficiary. During your fiancee's interview she will need the updated letters of intent to the embassy. :)

Yes, I know someone that received an RFE because they sent one letter of intent with both of their names and signatures on it. They had to send in one from petitioner and one from beneficiary.

I have read in other threads, that they did not include it, and was told by consulate that they did not have a bonafide relationship.
