Hello all , so the co sponsors used white out on one part because they made a mistake on on the annual income part. Will this affect my fiancee in her interview?

And i noticed that they get 80,000 yearly but they only have 5,000 dollars on deposit in their bank account, because they go on vacation a lot they told me. Will this affect us if they see this at the interview?

should i think about getting another sponsor just in case?

The bank account can be used if the petitioner does not make enough in salary to support the fiancee. If the salary meets the requirement it won't make a difference.

thanks i was just worried about the amount in their bank account. But yeah the annual salary seems ok i guess and is most important.

do you think the use of white out on the affidavit will affect it?

I would assume they should have crossed it out and initialed the error or done another form. How will anyone know you did not just white it out and write a new number?

I called them to see if they can make me another copy but i think im annoying them because I've been constantly on them for other mistakes they made. but i don't understand how this keeps happening.

I feel the same way. I would not want white out on my forms.

Is it possible since they filled it out that you could fill it out using the information they provided , print it out and send to them for signatures. That way it will be easy ,you wont feel like your annoying them and it will be done the way you need it ?
