I think I just finished the whole packet for AOS I-485 (and all of its contents) and will be ready to send it out to USCIS on Monday Oct 29th 2012. My whole packet is about an inch and a half thick. Took me about 3 weeks to put the whole packet together. Hopefully no RFEs.

I-131 Application for Travel Document with copies of passport and 2 passport photos with full name, date of birth and A# on the back

Copies of documents are exact photocopies and I understand I may need to submit original documents to an immigration officer at a later time
