Then I suggest you have the USCitizen Spouse initiate a service request on Tuesday, calling the USCIS national hotline.

Should he ever get into a USCIS office again, via an INFOPASS appointment, make certain that he asks for the boss, as the first person he talks to doesn't have the right computer access to get 'the answer'.

an ISO at the National Call Center has that same level of computer access, fwiw.

We are about to sent our papers for K3 route so it doesn't matter anymore..Maybe we'll try our luck with the K3.

It's still early for you. Just try your inquiries on that link Darnell posted. Follow that step by step. Just do K3 as a last resort if all else fails..
