what does a k2 fill for the following questions on DS 156

32 Do you intend to work in the US?

33 do intend to study in the US?

The are young children one of 9 and the other of 5 years

In addition my fiancee already told me the name of the school where they are going after getting their shots.

Should i fill it in?

Hi for my girls aged 13 and 10 I put work No and study Yes with the name of the elementary school they will be attending. Hope that helps

i am also applying for k1, how should i answer those questions, i plan to go back to school and also to work to support my family. does answering yes makes me look suspicious of my intentions.

Why would it look suspicious. If you are leaving your country and coming here who is going to fault you if you decide to work or go back to college. If you honestly intend to go to college here then declare your intentions. On my Fiancee's form we stated With work authorization and will be going back to school to finish up degree at some point in the near future.

For the little one we stated work (no) and school yes and the name of the elementary school she will be attending.

Be honest with your answers and it will not look suspicious......
