does NVC send an email when they approve I-864 AOS packet?

i tracked the delivery of my AOS packet and it reached NVC today. just wondering if they send out an email when they approve of everything. thanks!

No, you get no emails until interview date, so you have to call them.

For the record operators don't "see" your package until it's approved, so there's no point calling just to see if they got it.

The NVC does not approve anything. The NVC does a prelimary check for completeness. It is up the the Consular Officer at the interview who approves or ejects the I-864.

that's what i meant by approval is checking for completeness before sending it off to the proper consulate. case of semantics, i apologize. appreciate the reply.
