Good Morning - Emailed the DS230 Form this morning to Kingston. Am I correct that this will generate a return email to me from the embassy with his interview date? Or will they send the interview letter to his address. He has not received yet Packet 3. Thanks for replying. :whistle:

They will send you an email saying they received the form. You will need to call DOS in about 4 days to see if the interview date has been scheduled. They will send packet 3 & 4 to your fiance via mail. Once DOS confirms that an interview an interview date has been scheduled, you can email the Embassy and request a copy of the letter to be emailed to you so that you can schedule the medical exam. Good luck.

April 19, 2013 - Online status says interview date was scheduled and notice was mailed out
April 22, 2013 - NOA received for Interview

May 7, 2013 - EAD & AP was approved
May 23, 2013 - AOS Interview (APPROVED)

May 29, 2013 - Received welcome notice letter

June 1, 2013 - Received greencard

June 3, 2013 - Got driver's license using GC

June 10, 2013 - Received EAD & AP

February 22, 2015 - Earliest accepted filing date for ROC

you should have requested that they emailed you the packet 4. i think peeps get a faster response that way. they will still mail a hard copy of the interview letter to him. hang tight you should have interview date by next week:thumbs:
