What's the proper customs declaration for all the stuff I need to send my fiancee for her upcoming interview: chat, txt, remittances records, dated pics, Affidavit of support, any/and all necessary paperworks. That way it will clear customs quickly and hopefully without delay. I plan on sending it FEDEX for tracking.

It is documents....funny thing is on their computers you can't add documents with other items, its one or the other....XD I sent a big package with my documents with lots of other things....so we ended up with books as the closest thing to documents....

I don't recommend it though, I bit the bullet and paid the hefty fed ex fee.....nearly $300...then the government threw a nice tax..customs...bs fee on top of it .....needless to say all future packages go through the postal service, i was just scared to trust the documents with them even though I've always had good luck with the mail there.

:wow: I emailed her all the emails and skype conversations in a word document and she printed it. Then the rest I send by FedEx and it was accepted as documents. I paid close to $110. It shipped on Friday evening EST and she received it on Monday Phil time. I was impressed on how fast she got it and I was able to track it all the way. The money was well worth it.

Johnny Air Cargo can get it there in about 7-10 days for I think $29 and they handle customs form. If you have that much time to wait for it to reach her it's a good way to send docs.

Doubt I would trust the postal system in the Phils with important documents.

I used DHL to send my I-134 and all accompanying evidence. My fiancee had it in her hands in just 55 hours from the time I walked out of the DHL office! It cost me $51, which is cheap insurance and peace of mind considering the information contained in the package. It would be an instant identity theft kit for someone to get their hands on if it were to be compromised anywhere along the way. DHL took care of the customs form by just putting "Personal Documents" on it.

Fortunately we've been lucky. Packages were sealed as is and texted Mike every time they've received it for a 40php tip of course :)
