MY VISA PETITION HAS BEEN APPROVED! I was just checking on the USCIS website, not expecting to see a thing, and I saw "post decision activity". I am shaking! I think the last time I felt this excited was when my fiance proposed. I know I am so lucky because there are lots of people who had their NOA1 before me (I was March 30th), and are still waiting, and I am sorry for that. I will be praying for you all. Keep your heads up (I know, easy for me to say because I got my NOA2). It will be worth the wait :)

Just one quick question. It said this: "On September 24, 2012, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)." Now, I did not receive any text or email, as I thought I would (I shouldn't complain, I have been approved), but that was 3 days ago. Is this normal? I mean, I will be receiving a mailed notice, so that is fine, right?

Thanks for all your help VJ people. I haven't posted much, but reading everything has been such a help and an encouragement!

I'm a March 21 filer and got my NOA2 yesterday, I know exactly how you feel! Good luck with the next steps, I hope it goes by quickly and smooth :thumbs:

1/17/13 - Interview- computers crashed.... or so they claim!

1/28/13 - New interview date- Admin. Processing

2/4/13 - Denial- No waiver can apply

July 14 2013 - Moved to Vienna with my dog and 3 suitcases!
