Is mail/shipping from Philippines to US with LBC o.k

After my fiancee leaves the Philippines her family and friends wants to send small items, photos and dvds of farewell party. Is LBC a good option to ship to a New Jersey address? Or will we have to pick up the mail at the closest LBC office in New Jersey? Is the rate reasonable and will it take about a couple of weeks? What other reasonable cost shipping options are there.

i'm scared that LBC wont allowed the dvds.. I remember sending a birthday gifts for my fiance with personalized dvd/cd containing a video slideshow of our pictures together but LBC don't accept it saying they don't ship that kind of stuff to US.. maybe try other like FEDEX or DHL.

We used LBC to send our NVC documents to Fl from PH. They work with DHL also, as a DHL driver handed me the papers and I signed for them. LBC does have satellite vendors in different locations, and I did read they have an office in Jersey. Its probably cheaper than Fed Ex..??? They have a box that is certain size without weight restrictions.

Yes they do have an office about 8 miles from my home in New Jersey.
