I was thinking that if the world ends on December 21st, we may not need a green card after all...hehe

Applications received on Sept. 24th

Biometrics done in CT on October 21st

AP + EAD cards in production November 29th

(No notice yet through SMS/email - I randomly checked my case status on the USCIS website)

!!!

Notification on December 5th that my cards had been sent through USPS. Should be received within 7 days.

AOS application is still in Acceptance on the USCIS website and still no interview letter.

Thanks, I got notice on the 15th nov and the letter arrived the following day.

Thank you for replying - our timelines are pretty close and I keep thinking we should have gotten a letter for our interview. We live in a large complex and there seems to be some challenges in placing the mail in the correct mail box. :bonk:

Just received a new email and text from USCIS letting my know my card had been delivered.

Went to check the mail.. and there it was YAY! kicking.gif My first ID with my married name WOOHOO!!! No more showing my passport card saying: "Ehhh yeah, I'm from Argentina and my birth date is here" when getting carded!

I think it depends on your field office and how quickly they process the application, although I may be wrong. A little frustrating, I know.

I noticed that about the October filers too. I also wonder what's going on (my h's biometrics were only a week after yours) as we haven't heard anything either besides arrival of EAD. It can't be just a slow field office issue since not everyone is transferred to a local field office. Has anyone been approved yet who stayed at NBC post Aug. 1?
