So Igor's list says Vermont is currently processing I-130's with NOA of April 11, 2012.

My I-130 NOA1 from Vermont is dated April 2, 2012.

If they are currently processing April 11, 2012, did they already process the Petitions from April 2, 2012?

What about the Current Case Status web page on USCIS.gov? Will it ALWAYS reflect current status when you query via your receipt #?

Peace, Love, and Bobby Sherman!

From my understanding, Igor's list is from information provided by people on this site. So what that means is that someone from this site got an approval from the VSC that had an NOA1 date of April 11, 2012.

yea all those lists are very inaccurate bcoz the sample is very very small. the time they told you when you call is much closer to the real date.

I called CSC and currently they are processing Apr 16th

i just called VSC 20 min ago and they told me there official date they're working on is 02/27/12 so don't listen to igors list its not accurate at all.....

Can you tell me the VSC phone # plz?

I tried calling the main USCIS "800" number and played the options that I lost my receipt # and actually got a live rep very fast.

All they could do was open a request for me because my I130 is outside the published 5 month processing parameters.

If we are really looking at the VSC processing Feb 2012 at this time, does that mean they won't get to April stuff for another 2 months?

when you call into USCIS, get an ISO (see ISO - http://www.dhs.gov/files/publications/gc_1305658440339.shtm )

then ask about casefile status, then if you really feel the need, ask for a service request.

Igor's List is a projection based on YOUR data entry (all VJ members, actually) plus a bit of math involving confidence intervals and projections.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

  • 2 weeks later...

Igors list is only as accurate is the date imputed by the VJ members. As we say in the IT community bad data in bad data out. And also the same for good data. I can attest my timeline was accurate to with in 2 days.
