Meanwhile back in the real world... California's ultra liberal utopion government doesn't allow for fracking, and they put a giant kibosh and on any new drilling activity. The rivers in California run from East to West...like the Colorado River. The Feds are the ones that are forcing Washington, Idaho and Oregon to sell electricity at a cut rate price to California...electricity that's produced from hydro electric dams on the Columbia River. Meanwhile any currency used in California would be based on it's debt ratio which all of us already know how that ones will work. :hehe:

All California will have is it's millions of illegals, it's gay parades, and it's forced gay history classes.

And the hi tech and biotech industries.

Do you mean the rivers in California run West to East and dump out in the Atlantic Ocean? I learn something new every day.

"I want to take this opportunity to mention how thankful I am for an Obama re-election. The choice was clear. We cannot live in a country that treats homosexuals and women as second class citizens. Homosexuals deserve all of the rights and benefits of marriage that heterosexuals receive. Women deserve to be treated with respect and their salaries should not depend on their gender, but their quality of work. I am also thankful that the great, progressive state of California once again voted for the correct President. America is moving forward, and the direction is a positive one."

And the Space Shuttle, JPL, Edwards AFB, Vandenburn AFB, the San Francisco Mint, a good share, if not the lion's share of the world's entertainment industry, and still the number one cash crop - marijuana! (Or is it wine?)

If you're implying there isn't a huge footprint of hitech and biotech in Cali, you're obviously wrong.

And the Space Shuttle, JPL, Edwards AFB, Vandenburn AFB, the San Francisco Mint, a good share, if not the lion's share of the world's entertainment industry, and still the number one cash crop - marijuana! (Or is it wine?)

Cali would do fine without the rest of the US.

In fact, most regions of this country would do fine without the rest of the US except for the old confederacy. Dragging those knuckleheads back in was the worst decision ever.

Look at Apple for starters. Industry is moving out of California not in. As far as wine goes, Washington and Oregon have put a dent in California's strangle hold in regards to wine. Even the Aussie wine is being imported to the US for cheap.

California has the best weather in the world.

They say Uganda has some pretty decent weather.

But no one wants to visit Uganda because of its weather - California tourism is worth $70 bn

Tourism, wine, and movies are great. The tech and aerospace industry is moving out of California, not in. Fact of the matter is California is in big time major debt and it got a whole lot worse with that high speed rail project that's going to set California back well over $100 billion dollars. California is sinking quicker than the Titanic. GDP doesn't mean jack ####### if you spend more than you take it. That's just basic economics.
