Hello guy's thanks to all your info regarding my question i really appreciate those, but i have another question should i go to CFO main first come first serve also to get my sticker?I am ready to go now, it is 10;52am but im worried they tell me to get there early to have my sticker?

You just need sticker not seminar, so your not counted for the 12 slots.

There is a registration fee aside from the counseling fee. I'm baffled why the registration fee is not reflected anymore on the CFO website. I swear it was there before 4 yrs ago . The fee back then was PhP 250.00. They might have jacked up the fee. Maybe.
