Hi everyone!

I've been visiting this website for a couple of months now and I must say that it's the most useful immigration website on the net! Thank you for posting so many useful information.

This is my first post. I'm writing because maybe some of you could help me understanding a couple of points that are not completely clear to me.

So, I'm an italian citizen living and working in London, UK. I'm thinking of moving and getting married in the USA to my american partner (she lives and works in London too). And, we're thinking of applying for a K-1 visa.

My questions are:

1- Is it possible/legal for her (the petitioner) to file the I-129F form from the UK? Does the payment has to be from an american account?

2- In the case that we will get to the visa interview, will she need to have a co-sponsor in the US since we will leave our jobs in the UK and we will go there unemployed?

3- Does anyone know if documents from a non-english speaking country (in my case, Italy) will have to be authenticated after the translation into english? (birth certificate, vaccinations, police certificate).

Hopefully someone will know more than me about these points!

Many thanks for your help! :)

Francesco
