my wife (petitioner) filling affidavit of support but there is asking for last recent 3 years federal tax returns record. but she dont hav. becoz she entry USA only in 2009 september. and before 2 years she dont have good income may be less than poverty guidelines. currently she god good job and good income. so guys, wht kind of advise do u giv us ? if we put original record that will not effect our case or we need to search another sponsor ???????

salam alayk, i should u to search for another sponsor because taxes are very important in the day of interview

,if they are not complete they reject automaticaly the visa withaout asking u for the reason or give u time to explain to them

interview is very short and u must ansewer them quikely,if u have time search for sponsor i know a friend his visa was refused because of one year isn t enough

Two things:

1/If her current income is sufficient to sponsor you she will not need a co-sponsor. Co-sponsor is needed when the current income does not meet the minimum 125%-above-the-poverty-line level.

2/The past taxes are meant to show compliance with her tax returns. In her case, tell her to get a tax transcript from the IRS for the taxes she has filed since she came to America in 2009.

Hi..what if the person meet the amount require..but havent work for 3 years,,my husband have onely been there sisnce august of 2010.. and start working feburary of 2011..he have already statted the process of filing for me,,should i be worried,,since he has only work for 1 and half year?..please advise
