Has anyone called VSC today and asked what date they're processing? I'm at work and can't get on the phone and would really like to know if they've gotten to March yet. I'm at 196 days and I'm getting so weary. :(

Thanks for any info.

I believe they are still processing February. I filed my I-130 on February 10 and I just got my appointment today.

I called this morning and still working 6 Feb (BS) I wanted to file a service request. She said the computer would not let her until the are working 30 days past my date 27 Feb so I can't get a request until they are working on 27 March. Another example of our government at work)))

Sorry, I should have specified - I mean for K1s. So it sounds like they're still on 2/6. They've been saying that for weeks.

Mrs. Yanez - you're way ahead of me. After I get the NOA2 for the K1 it will route through NVC to Juarez, and it will take approximately another 2 to 3 months to get an interview date at Juarez. :(

What they told you is definitely not true. I would call back again and speak to someone else. I called this very morning and was told that they are up to February 27th. Mine is the 23rd and I was able to file a service request.

Agreed. The website has date February 27th (updated today).

Per USCIS:

"If the office is processing a particular type of application in less time than our processing goal, you will see the processing times expressed in months (for example, if the office is processing naturalization applications in less than our 5 month goal, the processing time will state "Five Months"). However, if that office is taking longer than our processing goal to handle the form type in question, you will see the filing date (e.g., "April 10, 2003") of the last case we processed on the date the website chart was last updated. The charts are updated on or about the 15th day of each month.

IMPORTANT: If your receipt notice date is earlier then the processing date shown, we suggest you call our USCIS Customer Service Office at 1-800-375-5283 for assistance."

Ugh I am so tired of Vermont!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I by no means think I should be cut to the head of the line but I would really love to see them approving more applications. They do a good job Monday and Tuesday but as the week goes on they go slower and slower. And why even bring up Friday... 1 application really! It looks like they have been on vacation all summer and now taking 3 day weekends! I find it ridiculous that VSC has Feb & March filers still waiting! It is just so frustrating bc we are here do things the legal way and we have to wait and get screwed over.
