So i'm at st. Lukes for medical i'm just waiting for my p.e. I'm still confused to the girl on the counter where they receive applicant who did online registration told me that i need the NVC Letter when I'm going to get the result and i don't have that yet. Do the NVC letter is really a requirment to get the result?? and if yes how can i have the NVC letter should i wait for them to send it to my fiance? or contact NVC thru email to get the letter with MNL case no.???

You need to bring the NVC letter during interview. They made me promise to bring it at the embassy. If you dont have the letter yet you can email the NVC and have it printed when they reply you back. They said its necessary coz some people make mistakes writing down the manila case # during medical at St. Lukes.

I might be going out on a limb here, but I'm guessing the NVC letter applies to those with spousal visas and not for K1.
