I always try to fly KLM in Europe and the times I visited the US, I flew with KLM/United.

Their website when booking tickets is clear and easy to follow, the staff, in my experience, on flights are great, the food and drink available is of a good standard and you have assigned seating which is designated by how quickly you check in before you fly. There are options to buy better seating, as with any company, of course.

11/29/12 - AOS Interview in Atlanta - 10 minutes long and approved on the spot.

I had a great experience with KLM/Delta. I flew back to the US from Mumbai about a year ago with my almost 6 month old baby. The food was good the flight attendants were very helpful and as a parent I also love the airport in Amsterdam ( I know this probably is of no concern to you) as there was a place for kids to play as well as a sleeping and bathing area. Made a huge difference because I had an 8 hour layover! The service back to India in January was just as good.My only complaint would have to be that the flight from Mumbai to Amsterday the fasten seat belt sign was on THE WHOLE TIME. I think they just forgot about it but I wasn't allowed to put the baby in the bassinet whenever the sign was on. It's a long time to hold a baby!

Hey friends,

Just wondering if any of you had experience with KLM, United Airlines?

Like how is the seat/flight service for KLM/United airlines?

Thank you!

Traveled on business with KLM back in 2011 to Zurich and back to USA with no issues. Also traveled with KLM back in 2005 to visit friends in India. I missed my domestic connection with Jet Airways from AMD to BOM due to weather issues, and KLM automatically moved my booking to their next day flight with no issues.

Seat belt sign all the time is very unusual unless there was a heavy turbulence the whole time.

My friend flew to Mumbai earlier this year on United from Houston. He was only going for 3 days to a conference for his first time traveling to India. He was left stranded in Newark by them because they decided to cancel his 2nd flight. He got to the conference a day late and couldn't do any sight seeing because he was playing catch up the entire time he was there...

I won't fly United anymore...
