Hi all,

I'm really worried about police check. I've got the police clearance letter which is just based name and birth from Canada when I was in Canada.

But I realized it I need a criminal record check which based fingerprinting.

currently I'm in US to visit my finace and I'm planning to go back to Korea in Oct.

I know it would take about 150 days to get police check. So I want to be prepared before I get NOA2 or an interview. (It has been 4 months so Im assuming I would get it at least in 2 months)

Is there any way to get fingerprints in New jersey, US??????

PLEASE HELP ME :(

You might want to see this thread. It should ease your fears. If I'm reading this correctly, you got a police clearance letter from Canada, but you were concerned about needing fingerprints? http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/383457-police-certificate-in-canada/

Total elapsed time between filing I-129F to GC in hand 569 days or 1 Year, 6 months, 22 days.
