I use an attorney in my case. From what I read from this forumn, NVC will automatically assign my attorney as choice of agent.

My question is does that mean my IV fee bill will be generated in a faster time because NVC does not need me to send in the form?

Please share your experience.

Thanks!

Exactly your AOS and IV Bill get invoiced at same time. No need for DS-3032 for you. :D

Thats true, NVC will email your attorney, AOS and IV Bills, and you can pay both at the same time. and send AOS and IV documents together. it saves some time.

That's wonderful to know that I can save some days. We wasted 20 days on RFE so at least this can make it up a few days.

Looking forward to bringing my wife back before Thanksgiving.

NVC Go Go Go!!!

pgupta, by looking at your timeline you have your AOS/IV bill generated on the same day NVC recieve it. Do you also have an attorney to help your case?

07/23/2012 - NVC Receive

07/23/2012 - Receive AOS/IV Bill
