You need to put down that broad brush and train yourself in differentiating. There are plenty of illegals that haven't entered w/o inspection either. Plus, those that are benefiting here were minors when they entered. You know that you can't hold them liable for that.

you really need to look at the origins of US jurisprudence. blackwell acknowledged the "fruit of the poisoned tree" principle. it is at the basis of American law.
