Ok...Papa's medical appointment has been set and he is making ready for his interview. But what I need to know now...Is there a specific medical form other than immunization records that he needs to take to the medical exam or will that be provided by the physician? Does he need to just go and pay the visa processing fee at the bank or will he receive some sort of bill? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you all for all that you have done so far and GOD bless each of you on this journey.

If he has his immunization records...he should bring it. Otherwise, they will give him the shots he will need. And the visa fee is paid for at NCB. Bring the receipt to the interview.
