Yes. I read those, or at least the 1st 5 pages. All success stories. I don't read anything from anybody on this site who got an "admin. process review", however there are 36 of them in the Stats table.

What is your point?

Sorry to hear you have to wait through this "admin process review". But good to hear you don't have to return for another interview. Hope your waiting for the final approval is short!

Our first AP at GUZ lasted 100 days, no reason given. This AP occurred AFTER fiancee received white slip (Congratulations! You are approved!) after interview. Our second one is still underway, again no reason given. This occurred after she received notification, "AP is finished" and her passport was requested. She sent her passport, and it was sent back! Psych! Good luck.

any way to take them up to court for this? this is absolutely ridiculous! and sue for damages - time to pop numbers out of your #######.

this is a clear line of abuse and mismanagement.

Is litigation the purpose of this forum and these visa processes? In our case, and likely others, the reason I am here is to learn and seek help about the visa processes, with the end purpose of successfully navigating this arcane system, not litigate. IMHO, my time and money is better spent doing other things than litigating.

I do think this is rare and extreme. You should get some legal help I think.

There were 2 members here (for China ) that filed writ-of-mandamus lawsuits , both on a K-1.

IMO, that's the 'worst case scenario'

but wait - it gets worse - On the 2, member GoGo had the hardest time even after winning his lawsuit, she was harrassed at the interview, she was harrassed at the POE, she was harrassed for AOS.

they didnt like it at all... i think they should have tried to further sue em... with them backing down just asserts their power. trust me on this one. most american bureaucrats would back down if the lawsuit evolves further. initial lawsuit is okay for them. they end up panicking when it stacks up for them. more suit stack up = money diverted from their original budget for legal = embarrasses them further more. every agency has a small budget/resource reserved for litigation. if the media shines on that, which i doubt, they would further give attention.

i am just giving you insight because i know couple of people within government that had been testifying as defendant. some where successful and some wasn't. there are a lot of subjective factors in court too. also witnesses from government are loaded with "things to say" and "things not to say".

both city and federal agency.

Who said I ever backed down? :devil: I think it's the other way around.. I showed them who is the boss.. they may make the decision and have the higher authority in doing things, but I'll make sure their bosses (up to the President) knows about it..

My wife is currently in process for Citizenship now.. applied July, and biometrics just last week.. so at least this one is going smoothly.. they better not find anything wrong, otherwise I'm on the attack again.. and recently we got a baby boy too =) he's 3 months old.. guess gogo has a successor if anything goes wrong..

DHL Tracking : arrived 9/24/2013

P4 Letter : 11/21/2013

Interview Date : 12/9/2013, originally 12/3, stupid lawyer filled out her dad's passport number wrong..

Interview Passed : 12/9/2013

Visa "Issued" on CEAC : 12/10/2013

Who said I ever backed down? :devil: I think it's the other way around.. I showed them who is the boss.. they may make the decision and have the higher authority in doing things, but I'll make sure their bosses (up to the President) knows about it..

haha, thanks Darnell for spreading all the good words about me =) Is the phonebook out of date? Should I go look for another one?

My wife is currently in process for Citizenship now.. applied July, and biometrics just last week.. so at least this one is going smoothly.. they better not find anything wrong, otherwise I'm on the attack again.. and recently we got a baby boy too =) he's 3 months old.. guess gogo has a successor if anything goes wrong..

it is easier for them to approve your application than re-allocating their budget to legal services.. yes, just a few handwriting and clicks which should have been done in the first place.

on the other hand, i wonder if anyone went extreme with them.. e.g. going postal.. you know what i mean :rofl:

07/16/12 - Receive and Sent DS-3032 via email.

07/17/12 - Mailed DS-3032 via mail, AOS bill received via email, paid online, Optin email sent.

07/18/12 - Optin accepted and new case number, AOS marked paid, emailed AOS packet.

07/24/12 - Assigned as Agent, IV Fee bill received via email, paid online.

07/25/12 - IV Fee marked paid, emailed IV packet.

07/31/12 - Emailed GZO Supplemental Packet 3.

08/02/12 - Case completed and commenced final review.

08/03/12 - Shipped all copies of forms/letters/documents to my wife - arriving on 8/9/12.

08/06/12 - Case completed final review.

08/09/12 - Appointment letter received via email interview date set 9/6/12.

08/14/12 - Medical exam done.

08/15/12 - Medical exam results all normal.

09/06/12 - Submitted required documents at the embassy and interview set next day at 0730.

05/01/13 - Paid DS-160 or MRV Fee Payments on CGI Stanley.

05/03/13 - Made appointment for 05/16/13 on CGI Stanley.

05/16/13 - Arrived at GUZ and impromptu notice on the front it was closed.

08/18/14 - Received NOA1 with date 08/12/14.

08/27/14 - Received biometrics appointment for 09/09/14.

02/27/15 - GC in production from email notification.

03/02/15 - Received NOA2 with approval dated 02/25/15.
