I just wanted some ideas. Even i have a good case and people are on my side i always prepare for NO. But i beleive I can get away from this bullishit. Not worrying too much but it till causing me lots of stress. Might seek help from therapist and move on. There is nothing I can do. getting help and support from people like police,lawyers and VJ so I am ok now.I will be glad to help anyone who gone through same situation like me. Even though I dont know much more about this country and laws someday soon i will be working in a shelter and help people who becomes the victim of DV. Thanks

Some people think my case would be a trafficing case so FBI and attorneys are researching about that person. i would like to send him in jail but I will just wait and see what happens. Most important thing for me is to be safe and think positive.Police and lawyers has all the evidence so I am not worried too much. I hate that most of the people from foregin country just try to get greencard which is necessary to stay in this country and they make fun of VAWA.I waited too long and now my life is messed up. well I am glad even though i am far from family,friends,culture I get to meet lots of kind and helpful people. This is all very sad and a twisted tale of poor choices. You already know what your options are. What is it exactly that you want and expect people here to tell you? Will you do what people you dont know, have never seen and know nothing of your culture tell you to do?

You say he wants you back. If you go back all of this will continue. If you do that start with an appointment with a quality shrink.

You say you want to go back to Thailand. The plane leaves everyday. Get on it and go back to the life you had before this insanity began.

You say you want him locked up to save others from him. Leave that to Buddha and Karma. You cant even handle your own situation let alone anothers.

You thought guys here would take care of his wife. You choose the guy and what you allowed to go on. This isnt about everyone, its about you. And yes you are in the USA.

No one but you knows who is cheating on who and no one cares. You have to live with that or not. Its up to you.

To make my story short those videos are made by him some are hidden camera not really coz he wanted to make secret videos and some are him being there but his face it' not there. He still wants me back but I am not going back to him. I would like to go back to my country and he wants me either go back and be his wife or return back to my country. I choose to go back but I can't forgive for what he did. I would be happy to go back but he needed to be locked up. No there is not any videos that are made secret. All he is going to say uscis is I am a prostitute. But I am not even worried now because if he can prove I am a prostitute I can prove he is a pimp too. Videos are made for his enjoyment and I didn't wanted him to make it but he promised he won't do anything with that. I was physically mentally emotionally abused and ended up going to hospital for couple of times . I regret for letting him make videos but there is nothing I can do. I don't mind going back home as long as he gets locked up so a girl like me won't have to suffer. I think he brought me to Bombay instead USA. This is USA ? I thought guys here will take care of his wife but here he was trying to sell me. Just needed help. If someone think I am cheating on husband and I am bad I have to go back to my country I will but give my life back I had before. Everything I did in the past was for him but not anymore.
