Hi,I wanted to know how long does nvc take to process these cases bc i filed my husbands i 130, it was approved and send to nvc and they told

30 days but they have yet to recieve my case...what should i do?..

First can you please fill out your Timeline it helps with where you are. You say you got approved, but when? Thats why timeline is so key and it helps with all the stats on this site. I too am waiting for my case to arrive. I got approved at USCIS June 29th. Called as of this morning not arrived yet. Today for me is the 15th business day. They will say it takes 15 business days.

Here is the thread for the NVC July filers. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/375609-nvc-filers-july-2012/ As Darnell said read it. The first post alot of things to do before you even arrive or get a case number.

Also NVC is moving very slow. Even when case is received it may be another week to 3 weeks before you get a case number and IIN (Invoice identification number). So again this stage patience, but at least here we also can be persistent. If its been at least a week since your approval you need to be callling daily. Actually twice daily until you get "Case received" and "your case number is".

From now on your VJ Member name will be verified. If the name you put on form to be added to spreadsheet comes up not found, you will not be added to the spreadsheet. If you don't have a timeline you will not be added to the spreadsheet.
