I-94

Hello,

My fiance and I are just starting the K-1 process and I just have one question (as of now). He last entered the United States on a C1-D visa (we work for Royal Caribbean) and left at the end of January. He is trying to find the I-94 for when he signed off the ship and flew home, but he is currently on a ship and the crew administration office has control of his passport. Any suggestions for how we can get this information or if there is something else we can put on the I-129f?

What question are you trying to answer? I don't recall a question about when last the fiancé was in the US being on the I129f form.., I know it's in the DS applications that come later down the road..

Oh goodness, I am going crazy looking at all this paperwork! The question very clearly reads "If your fiance is currently in the US, complete the following" which he is not, so no need to answer. Feeling a bit silly, but at least I didn't waste too much time stressing over it. Thanks!!
