Can someone help me how to bring my Sister who is an immigrant worker in CALGARY, CA to US and work there... actually to unite with the rest of our family? PLEASE HELP!!!

Being an immigrant worker in Canada is irrelevant.

To get a work visa, your sister needs to have a US employer who is willing to pursue one for her. What does your sister do? Does she have a degree?

Without a US citizen husband, it will take many years for your sister to immigrate to the US through a family member. When you become a US citizen, you can file for your sister. It will take 23 years.
