THANKS FOR THIS POST!!! You know i'm in the same boat, I was approved on 9/19 and I keep calling the computer voice of doom to find out about my case and NOTHING, I also spoke with a NVC worker last week and they also said that they recieved nothing. You know I think i'm going to go on a NVC calling strike because everytime I call them I just get so upset. I think I'm just going to wait till Friday to call (if I can hold out that long), but this process is JUST SO EMOTIONALLY DRAINING. I should be thankful though because I was approved very very fast, but it still plays with your mind. Take care everyone and have a great week!!

Mine took 5 weeks to get to the NVC. BTW, the automated system does not work for K-1's They are their so short of a time it never gets in there. The only way to find out is to talk to a operator.

Thanks Gary! My fiance and I have been calling NVC and listening to this automated system telling us that they dont have our case yet. After reading your post, I called up NVC just awhile ago and I was sooo happy to hear that they already sent our petition case in Manila October 12 and gave me our case number.. yipeee!!!! :dance::dance: Thanks for the info. :)

* March 15 '07 - Wedding Day

AOS Journey

* May 22 '07 - AOS Sent to Chicago

* May 23 '07 - Chicago Received

* May 29 '07 - NOA1 Received

* June 18 '07 - Biometrics

* July 16 '07 - Case Transferred to CSC
