Evylin, thank you. And Dolly and Dan said in their second post

that her birth certificate is not necessary until her interview.

Thanks to everyone.

But I have one more question, and I posted it last week: After

we're married, does she need me to sign any paperwork for her

and I to bring her child here after he finishes elementary school.

Or can she do that by herself.

I love this woman with all my heart, soul.

Thanks.

We're days (literally) away from sending in the packet. One thing that worries me:

Do I need a copy of her birth certificate?

And that's my final question.

And I'll let everyone on this board how it progresses.

Thanks to everyone for everything.

Only the USC's birth certificate is needed for the petition. Her birth certificate is not needed until she has her interview.

What about question 20 on the I-129f? Do I leave it blank? Or do I put Kingston Jamaica? That's the last thing now.

Thanks for all the help.

If that is the consulate she will going through for the K-1, then yes, put that.

Jay...You've been so helpful. I must say thank you so much.

I have only one more question: My friend doesn't have a street address, they get

their mail at the post office nearby. There is no street address. Should I

put "n/a" for question number two on part b of the first page of the I-129f?

I don't know about that one. Or should I put the postal address?

Confusing to me.

Thanks again.

You are welcome. For the I-129F and G-325A, you can put the city, country and postal code you do know, and then in the space for the number and street address put 'NONE - SEE ATTACHMENT' and include a supplement sheet to explain. Use another sheet and put Attachment Sheet for I-129F, Part B. #2: Address(number and street) at the top, then explain that she has no street address and receives mail at the nearby post office. Then put the postal address she receives her mail at there.

Do the same for the G-325A, but of course put the G-325A form name and number of question at the top for that attachment sheet.

Jay, we must be on the same page: I just wrote an attachment for the I-129f explaining why I put "n/a" in part b, question 2,

but I didn't think to do the same on the G-325A form, but as soon as I'm done with this post, I will write another attachment.

Thanks for the heads up.

I really do appreciate the patience you've shown me.

I just want this to be right the first time.

Thanks again.
