Hi. I am US Citizen. Working for AirLines. Met a Russian lady. We dated for 3 years. She visited me in US 22 times. During her visits, never overstaed, nor broke any law, rools or regulations. We finally have got married in US in April 2010, and as a law obedien citizens, my wife returned to Moscow, and I filed I-130 in July.

Very excited!, got an approval in December 06/2010. Wife was already 3 month pregnant . Her interview was in US Embassy, Moscow on January 17/2012. No answer was giving.

Every week I would email the embassy, and would get an answer : Thank you for your inquiry.  Unfortunately, the case is still under review.

after couple of month I contacted a Congresman , and he inquired on my behalf, but the answer remained the same! Thanks God I fly to Moscow every week (working for airlines)

Contacted Congresman again. He contacts the Embassy. Still the same answer.

Our daughter was born in Moscow May 9/2012. NO CHANGES!

Can anyone please advise me what else I can do?!?

Thanks .

Thanks for a reply.

Tried to visit the embassy, they say that that's different department (consular) and they are not accepting any visitors.

Tryed to call them, thay are giving me a different number that is a NVC number. NVC has all Russians working and are telling me that your folder is in the embassy, and I have to email them.

May be some one can tell me what I have to do to contact consular dept. in person or by ...?

Thanks

Thanks. Actually after contacting congressman office without result, my next steps are : State Senator.,than Mrs. Clinton, and if above will not bring result, than President Obama.

If there is no law and/or rules are broken by me(petitioner) and my wife (applicant), I believe there is no reason for this lengthy delay.

Dude my visa was approved in egypt and they said it will be no longer than a month before you get your passport back with the visa on it . I waited a full year before i got my visa .. 12 month of waiting .. And every time we call or email them they say its under AP . I am sure that you will not wait all that long but you can not do anything else more than what you have already done .. Keep waiting hopefuly very soon brother .. At least you can see her every week as you said ... Good luck !
