We met online in November 07 but did not meet in person until April 08 although I booked the flight in December. By the time we met it was as if we had known each other for years. People say things like, How can you marry someone you hardly know? etc. I think we actually got to know each other better by speaking every day online than we might have had we met in person sooner.

If you think you're weird, my husband and I are probably worse. We were real couple but for 3 years our means of communication were only through the game(Ragnarok Online) and Gmail. We talked on the phone once month but no skype or any video messengers.

We were friends for at least 5 months of that period and met in person 8 months after we started dating.
