I personally think it was more modelled after a Borg Cube. It's Apple's way of saying they mean to assimilate us all!

Compared to the latest versions of Windows and Microsofts other dog-####### products, that would probably be no bad thing. I don't mind being assimilated!

Even Windows Vista is still woefully behind the latest Apple OS.

Really? How do you know when it hasn't been released yet? I'm not saying it's not, just curious.

The Customer Preview (Beta) version has been available for some time.

Its no coincidence that Windows 95 (which was released after a massive marketing campaign) was unceremoniously dubbed Mac 89 (or some such).

All of the previous final releases have been bug filled disasters - the odds of this not being so are rather long.

COMDEX in 95... heard part of his speach on how now computers and his OS does something new... sharing files from one computer to another.

networking and FTP been around longer than M$. I laughed so hard at that I had to leave the room.

I have been using a mac for 2 years and recently tried to switch back to Windows... I just couldn't do it, though I wish i could run more games on OS. I realize the new intel macs let you run windows and OS, but id like to just stick to OS.
