I think it is quite upstanding of them to do this just before the annual members meeting and alow the OWNERS of the company to make informed decisions

Hey, if I got 27MM for every silly thing I ever did, I'd be a fcuking billionaire. I just want people to spare me the ####### of the uberrich "earning" what they're making. They don't. They're part of an exclusive club and that's all there is to it. No magic to it. You're part of that club and you cannot fail. Gravity no longer applies. Period. That's all I'm saying. Drew, Nardell, McGuire - you name them. They all failed their employers and got rich while failing.
