Well as I sit and wait for my NOIR as USCIS reviews my file I would like to know what type of evidence should i be gathering? Besides the emails, chats(which im currently working on translating them into english), house phone bill, and cell phone, travel stamps boarding passes and pictures what else do you recommend me to gather. Thanks.

Notice of intent to revoke

That's strange. What is the reason CSC/USCIS is giving to revoke your application?

That's strange. What is the reason CSC/USCIS is giving to revoke your application?

212(a)

(5) Labor certification and qualifications for certain immigrants.-

(A) Labor certification.-

(i) In general.-Any alien who seeks to enter the United States for the purpose of performing skilled or unskilled labor is inadmissible, unless the Secretary of Labor has determined and certified to the Secretary of State and the Attorney General that-

(I) there are not sufficient workers who are able, willing, qualified (or equally qualified in the case of an alien described in clause (ii)) and available at the time of application for a visa and admission to the United States and at the place where the alien is to perform such skilled or unskilled labor, and

(II) the employment of such alien will not adversely affect the wages and working conditions of workers in the United States similarly employed.

(ii) Certain aliens subject to special rule.-For purposes of clause (i)(I), an alien described in this clause is an alien who-

(I) is a member of the teaching profession, or

(II) has exceptional ability in the sciences or the arts.

(iii) PROFESSIONAL ATHLETES-

(I) In general.-A certification made under clause (i) with respect to a professional athlete shall remain valid with respect to the athlete after the athlete changes employer, if the new employer is a team in the same sport as the team which employed the athlete when the athlete first applied for certification.

(II) Definition.-For purposes of subclause (I), the term "professional athlete" means an individual who is employed as an athlete by-

(aa) a team that is a member of an association of 6 or more professional sports teams whose total combined revenues exceed $10,000,000 per year, if the association governs the conduct of its members and regulates the contests and exhibitions in which its member teams regularly engage; or

(bb) any minor league team that is affiliated with such an association.

(iv) LONG DELAYED ADJUSTMENT APPLICANTS- A certification made under clause (i) with respect to an individual whose petition is covered by section 204(j) shall remain valid with respect to a new job accepted by the individual after the individual changes jobs or employers if the new job is in the same or a similar occupational classification as the job for which the certification was issued.

This is what they use at the consulate for a denial for cr1 if they believe youre marriage is for immigration purposes

from what my congressman told me, you might not get an NOIR after they review......you might get your case reaffirmed (which means they send the case back to DR and you are given another interview with another officer). But if you do get the NOIR letter then prepare all that you have. As I am preparing for this as well this is some of the things I am doing:

Copy of front page of my passport and copy of the stamp of the corresponding date with my itnerary and bording pass stapled together then all the pictures I took in that trip

Receipts of dinner reservations along with some pictures

wedding anniversary hotel reservation receipt along with pictures of gift given to me and pictures taken at the hotel

receipts of everything purchased for wedding (the cake, gown and tux rentals, accesaries for decoration, ring pillow, personolized flutes and cake knife)

phone bill and detailed print of time and duration of my phone calls for every single day

receipts of gifts to my hubby and my hubby to me

chats, emails

copy of invoice for phone recharge for hubby

western union recepits of money transfer

copy of new SS card with name change and bank statement

copy of certified letter written to consul general and dept of state along with the receipt

copy of emails to and from my congressman.

copy of pin purchased at Banco popular to call embassy

copy of phone bill with calls to visa specialist and notes of all that was said

If you come up with anymore things let me know......
