from all what you mentioned , I think you have a strong case . don't worry about anything , and keep these emails and your job's correspondences . USCIS won't ask for anything since you entered legally , the IO would dig about that, again with the facts that you told us , you will be fine and best of luck in your process and your marriage. Hi i noticed from your timeline that you got an rfe for missing tax documents. I was just wondering if what i will submit will be sufficient and will not result to an rfe. I will submit 2011 tax transcripts with w2 and form 1040, 2010 w2 and form 1040 and 2009 w2 and form 1040. The reason i asked is because i dont know if i have to include the tax transcripts for 2010 and 2009 or those are enough? Also, i will attach employment letter and 3 recent pay checks. Thanks for your time

Probably not the best to ask someone that got an RFE what is enough. Hehe. Just joking,

You send your entire transcript from the previous tax year - including all schedules etc.

You don't need to send any except the previous year, plus your proof of current employment.

If you have tax transcript from IRS, that's it. No attachments needed.

If you only have tax return (1040), then all schedules must be attached to it plus W2s, 1099s, etc.

Schedules will vary, depending on contents of your tax filing. You need the whole package, as it was filed with IRS.
