Anyone have NOA2 Approval on September 7th and NVC NOT receive the case?

Oh this just gets more and more fun.

The NVC has yet to receive our case from USCIS and it has been 35 days. They of course say call USCIS, which I did, and then got transferred and put on hold for an hour (even though the "estimated" hold time as 25 minutes), so I just hung up.

NVC says, "Odd we usually receive those and forward them on in about 2 weeks.

Anyway, wondered if my case was the only one lost in the mail or if there is a batch or ours.

Thanks,

David and Marina

My approval is dated September 11 and it has not been received by NVC yet.

I called USCIS and they can't:

1 - Tell me why it is taking so long

2 - Whether it has left

3 - When it will leave (other than it is 30-60 days after approval)

4 - Who I can talk to to speed it up

I am so lonely, my baby won't be here for Christmas. :crying:

There has to be some kind of major issue here. I was approved over one month ago and nothing. There is no reason why people getting approved after me are getting their cases sent to the NVC before me. I have no idea what the ###### hold-up is and the worst part is that I just have to bend over and take it up the ###!!!!!!!!!

Mine was approved on Sept. 19 and NVC just received the case on Oct. 10. Sucks to be on the slow plane.

This process is a F%#%#% MESS!!! I was approved 9/20/06 and NVC has not received my petition yet I'm seeing many NOA2 approvals from the SAME CSC being sent and completed as it should. Why does this process have so many faults and descrepencies!!!! I thought I was DONE with CSC! I was told NVC is smooth sailing. I don't know about others, but I plan to raise qiestions on the process! Surely not for me but for the poor petitioners after. This is just not the way to treat a United States Citizen!!!!

I am 9/7 also and still not at the NVC i was told yesterday that my petition was forwarded on 10/2 and should wait 2 weeks before calling

I asked why it stayed in CSC for 1 month before being sent out and she didnt have an answer.

I talked to a woman at the CSC and she was able to track my petition to being sent on 10/2.

I never thought of bringing in a Senator before, But I am the Systems Admin/IT- Proj Mgr of a Large City and had worked very close to the Mayor Norm Colemann. Of course he is Senator now on Bush's Right side. I still think it's too early to call them kinda favors in! This Process should work! For everyone regardless of who they know! That is what I would state to Norm!!!

You have to know the correct method to get switched to CSC and i wont disclose that here in open forum so that they dont do away with this method.

I have used this same method several times and i have no problem talking to CSC officer.
