Right now, it means nothing. Mine says September 24th or something like that. I don't even look at it anymore. My attorney says my fiancee MIGHT be here by March at this rate and I have an NOA 1 date of June 12th!

I-129 submitted on 5/26/06 (on OLD forms because the new ones weren't out!!)

NOA #1 with receipt number dated 6/12/2006

Nothing else has happened after that as far as I know... No RFE's, Nothing?

Email notice on 9/11/2006 that my question would be answered.

Email notice on 9/12/2006 that the RFE is in the mail 3 months after my WAC number

Next trip to see her for a week on 9/23/06...

Went to Colombia on 9/23 returned on 10/1

I never received my RFE but my attorney sent me his copy which I filled out and overnighted on 10/3 RFE delivery confirmation on 10/4 but nothing from CSC yet...

CSC Email saying they have my RFE on 10/11/06, a full week after they got it.

Note that to this day, I've still NEVER received my copy of the RFE they said they mailed to me! I've seen lots of posts about lost RFE's and other documents from the CSC! This concerns me greatly!

NOA 2 on 10/18/2006 Woo Hoo! 129 days from NOA 1.

Yesenia arrived in the US on January 18th, 2007

We were married on 3/17/07

Filed for Green Card and Employment Authorization right away.

Green Card was issued (with EAD card) on 6/15/07

We'll be filing for AOS pretty soon.

Well it moved from Jan 11th to the 4th and now it's Dec 31st..

Yes I know it means nothing... But when it's the only thing moving for us newbie filiers..it makes us happy :dance:

9/15 Recieved and signed for by "Freeman" at NSC

9/19 NOA1 CSC Recieved

9/25 Notice date Check cashed 9/25

9/28 I Recieved NOA1(I-797C) in the mail

12/5 NOA2 12/6 but Approved on 12/5 touch

12/9 Received NOA2(I-797) by snail mail

12/15 NVC has received it..Case # issued...

12/19 NVC shipped to Romania

12/22 Romanian Embassy has received an email from NVC that my Petition is on it's way...

12/29 Packet 3 sent to Veronica

1/12 2007 Packet 3 received Dang Holidays..

1/22 Sending all paperwork(I-134,Bank/Employer letters etc..,)..to Veronica per DHL, 3.5lbs...$144 WOW!

1/25 Recieved notice that She needs to pick up my packet in Chisinau..

1/26 Sending Back Packet 3

2/16 Transit Visa to go to Romania for the Interview approved..

2/20 Leaves for Bucharest overnight drive by bus...

2/21 Medical

2/22 Interview !!!! APPROVED !!!!!

3/9 2007 Flight to me....

4/7 2007 Married,,,

Though it means nothing mine moved up to Jan 8, though in light of recent CSC activity I figure I'll have my NOA2 in late Nov/early Dec and then I get to wait for the friggin embassy in Manila to set the interview date!

05/23/06 - "First" visit for 1 week

07/02/06 - Second visit for 1 week

09/01/06 - Third visit for 1 week, engaged

09/22/06 - FedEx I-129F packet copy to CSC

09/25/06 - Received at CSC by N. Tan

09/27/06 - NOA 1 mailed

10/01/06 - Touched

10/04/06 - Received NOA 1

Yea I guess-ta-mated mine to about the sametime.. and according to the timelines.. Then I have another 4-6 weeks of waiting..

So with that in mind...and if things/processing times don't slow down...

Nov 15-25 th NOA2

Dec 15-30th Interview..

So most likely we will miss my Christmas..together...but not Her's Jan 7-8th

Unless all this praying and crying helps... :o)

It's somewhat nice to see that my timeline finally moved into the range I expected it to be. I figured around mid-december for the NOA2. I try not to get too excited in either case.

01/28/06----Fell in love with Ann over Chinese Lunar New Year in Taichung Taiwan

02/26/06---- I leave Taichung amidst a trail of tears
