Congratulations, Maggie!!! That's great news!!

Oh I've thoroughly enjoyed it :) Now we're talking lunch at work..I'm going for the curry chicken vermicelli, yummm! Why am I so excited about eating during the day?

Just goes to show, periods aren't all bad!! :D

I'm the opposite... I hate getting my period during this time... :(

Me too :( Alhamdulilah, it was early this year, so I won't miss the last 10 days and eid :dance:

10/14/05 - married AbuS in the US lovehusband.gif

02/23/08 - Filed for removal of conditions.

Sometime in 2008 - Received 10 year GC. Almost done with USCIS for life inshaAllah! Huzzah!

12/07/08 - Adopted the fuzzy feline love of my life, my Squeaky baby th_catcrazy.gif

02/23/09 - Apply for citizenship

06/15/09 - Citizenship interview

07/15/09 - Citizenship ceremony. Alhamdulilah, the US now has another american muslim!

Hello everyone! Only one more workday left of the week. Hopefully it will come and go quickly. 19 more days til my birthday and I am super excited! Adil's taking me to a Thai restrauant for dinner and then we are going to Lancaster to do a haunted hay ride and a haunted house! Gosh! I love my birthday!

Well I am waiting patiently for Aunt Flo to arrive. She was supposed to be here on Monday or Tuesday, but it looks like she's holding off. Like you Moody, I am excited for Aunt Flo to arrive, but I am always excited! Long story why, but that's the way it is.

Well I hope everyone has a good Thursday!

3 hours and 45 more minutes at work.....

Then I'm meeting my best friend for IHOP and to see Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning. I can't wait - it's one of our typical excursions, but we've both been so busy that we haven't seen each other since MAY, even though we only live like 10 minutes away from each other, so sad.

That's exactly why I went back on BC even though I don't need it right now. I like knowing when auntie is coming to visit. Plus who doesn't like a lighter, less painful period?

You make a very good point, but I was a crazy woman when I was on the pill. Since I got off it, only a month ago, Adil and I have noticed a change in my behavior. Somehow I'm more nice and things don't bother me as much.

Met briefly in Baton Rouge, LA Nov. 2003 - not available :(

Met again in Baton Rouge, LA March 25, 2005 - 2 souls feel as 1

Sept 17-Oct 3, 2005 Noura goes to Morocco to meet family & friends of Said (informally engaged)

Daily phonecalls, discover internet chatting w/ video cam - OMG!!!

March 25-April 14, 2006 Noura's 2nd trip to Morocco - formal engagement w/ family

April 24, 2006- mailed in K1 Visa package - TSC

Oct 5, 2006 - Interview SUCCESS

Oct 12, 2006 - Called to pick up visa tomorrow!

Oct. 16, 2006 VISA IN HAND!

Dec. 24, 2006 - Said arrives in NOLA, just in time for the holidaze!

Dec. 31, 2006 - OUR WEDDING!!! Ringing in a New Year as husband & wife!
