for phone cards I us www.bluephonecards.com continental card as they offer call detail, pinless dialing, and can be purchased in $5 increments with no surcharge. They also take paypal. For $5 I get 30 minutes to Nigeria cell phone. Best deal I have found. I hope that helps you out.

what do you mean by call detail ? does your company give you the info of what number you dialed and how long you talk with each purchase online or does it just give you a record of when you bought a calling card?

VoipCheap.com has excellent rates, since the computer does the actual dialing. For $2.00 (USD) you get about one hour talk time. (Yes, with wonderful clarity too!)

All call logs are available to access & print once you log onto your account. ;)
