Hi Guys!

Just have to vent a little. We received our NOA1 on November 14th. I hadn't heard anything so I called USCIS and they submitted a service request. The next day I got an email saying that I will hear within the next 60 days!!

Just wondering if there are a lot of November filers out there with NOA2?

I was really patient for 5 months and now all the sudden I don't have any left!!

Just want to say again how great this website is and how helpful it has been over the last few months.

Thanks everyone.

Use Igor's list to see who on VJ has been approved and who is waiting. http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/monthly_filers.php?cfl=$cfl

Sort by your service center and visa in the drop downs.

You may want to try and call your congressperson or senator. I am not sure how it helps, but it seemed to do the trick for us. I called just as our 5 months were coming up and we received our NOA2 shortly thereafter. It also depends on what is posted on the USCIS website for processing time - we were at the CSC and the processing time was 5 months. Good luck!
