Why do you think you got screwed?

of a lot of things,

I have to apply again to adjust of statues for my fiancee after she come to America, that's time and money.

of course we are middle eastern so my fiancee's parent's have to come to America for there daughter's wedding,

and maybe I have to go back to Jordan to attend the interview with my fiancee at the embassy,

did I missed something?

I was married in Jordan. If you are both middle eastern why did you go the fiance route? I'm confused...who told you to go this route? have you met in real life?

hello there...here is some food for thought to give you an idea about I-130 route. I-`30 gives them a greencard and ssn as well. whether it is cr 1 or ir 1.

129f pettition yes can get them here faster but you have to petition for greencard and ssn..more money spent.

i have been in the process of getting my husband here since october 29 2010 when i first did his papers. check my timeline.

good luck charlie!

and the I-130 does not give a green card right away..it give's a permanent resident first 2 years the the green card.i dont have problem with that if if we waited 10 years as long as we together.
