So my fiancee and I are having a hard time completing this form online. She has it all filled out but when we try to click on "submit" to submit the form, the website doesn't do anything. Like if we had never clicked on submit at all. Is anyone else having this issue?? This is the 4th time we tried submitting this form for the past three weeks...

I had the same issue, when your completed your application it gives you a box to check saying you agree to the conditions and blah blah blah, well right there is a link, you have to open the link and that shows you read the rules and stuff then you can click submit. it took me a while to figure that out, i hope it helps! :)
