Hi everyone,

I really appreciate all the work that everyone is doing in this great website and all the valuable information there is. Initially I posted my topic in another section of the forum but I did not get any replies so I am going to try my luck here.

I am working on my fiance's I-129 papers. I plan to have everything finished in about 3 more days. There is only a couple of things that I am worried about:

1. She is originally form the Philippines but she works and lives in Dubai at the moment. On the I-129f form, Part B, field 2, what address should I put? Her address in Dubai or her home address in the Philippines. Also the address in Dubai is the one of her company's office. She gets all her mail there. She is not allowed to receive mail at her real address. She live in big building like dorms. The company provides all sleeping accommodations.

Also where should I plan to have her go to an interview? In Dubai or the Philippines. She lives in the Dubai all year long and goes back to the Philippines only for vacation. Does any one have an experience with that kind of situation?

2. She does not have any records of vaccinations. I could not really figure out if she needs to have the vaccinations for sure or it is optional.

Thank you very much in advance to anyone that could give me some information on my problems.

Use the address in the country were her interview will take place, if she will be there until her interview then put her Dubai address!

Also the address in Dubai is the one of her company's office. She gets all her mail there. She is not allowed to receive mail at her real address. She live in big building like dorms. The company provides all sleeping accommodations. Also where should I plan to have her go to an interview? In Dubai or the Philippines. Again: This is up to her, but Use the address in the country were her interview will take place, if she will be there until her interview then put her Dubai address!

She lives in the Dubai all year long and goes back to the Philippines only for vacation. Does any one have an experience with that kind of situation?

Yes, my wife is from Philippines, but also works and lives in Hong Kong, she is having her interview in Hong Kong!

2. She does not have any records of vaccinations. I could not really figure out if she needs to have the vaccinations for sure or it is optional. The Medical physicians will determine what vaccinations she needs! Same as my wife........

Thank you very much in advance to anyone that could give me some information on my problems.

Good Luck

Good Luck

Thank you very much for the quick response!

I will use the Dubai address because she will be there until the interview. I know her contract is until next February and it is not a problem to sign a new one. I hope the process is smoother then in Manila.

Good luck to you and your girl.
