Haidee and I are still working at it. She got the results back frmo the medical finally and everything is ok. We are having a debate though. She insists that I need to work full time in order to make the embassy happy, but I am under the impression that I can work part time as long as I make 125% of the poverty line. The way I see it is that I can work 30 hours a week at $10 an hour plus 1% commission on sales (my quota is $200 in sales an hour) and 5% commission on warranties, and still make enough to cover the 125%. So do I HAVE to work full time, or is part time ok as long as its 125% of the poverty line.

Thanks for the replies.

They don't care how many hours they work, they care how much you make. If you make 125% of the poverty line by working an hour a month, good for you! I am not sure if the commission counts though, as it is not guaranteed.
