Hello everyone :)

My name is Charity and I'm eighteen years old. I'm new to the forum and not really sure what I'm supposed to stay here but I came here to get a better understanding of my case and what's going on. I have been going through my case with only my attorney to help out and I have been really confused lately and decided to turn to people who are going through the same thing and maybe I can figure it out a little better.

Anyways, not sure what else to say. I'm married to a Guatemalan, and we have filed an I-130. We have been in the process of this for over a year, the UCSIS recieved our case on March 7th, 2011 and it was finally approved and sent on to the NVC in Guatemala on March 27th, 2012. The only problem is once he goes to his visa interview he is going to be denied because he was brought here when he was 4 and got caught while crossing the border and given a deportation order. So we will have to get a waiver for the ten year ban.

Well, hi everyone and I hope to get to know you guys more later on and will probably have a few questions, but it's nice to know that there are more people in the world that are going through this same thing.

Hi Porsha thanks for the warm welcome!

and thanks for the advice sandranj, my attorney is very confusing when answering me so I wasn't even aware that he needed two different waivers.
