i have a question and i wonder how this is going to affect, well im a filipino (us citizen by parents) petitioner, here is the story of how i meet my fiance for the first time.....

i arrived here in the USA 09/2003, finished high school 05/2007, attended PURDUE UNIVERSITY 08/2007, then my semester break which is 12/10/2007-1/102008, i went to PHILIPPINES for a visit, i met my fiance and we became friends because her uncle is here in the USA and my PARENTS are friends with him and his family, so i met her during that period of time 12/2007-1/2008, we became friends, i came back here in the USA continued my COLLEGE while working full time job and a part time job until 11/2009, then 12/2009 i got married to a girl here in the USA, and got divorce 08/2011 its final, and she knows all this, then 1/2010 i joined the airforce and separated 08/2011, general discharge, my divorce was final and i decided to go back to philippines so i did from 08/2011-01-2012 and spend all this time with my fiance, now i filed a k1, im just curios what would the CO think, and will they have doubt about us... what do you guys think?

There doesn't appear to be anything unusual about what you've shared. So you got married, divorced and now you're engaged to a lady you knew before your first marriage. Just gather lots of proof as to your on going relationship with your current fiancee. The CO will likely note the date of your marriage, the separation, the final decree and compare that to the filing date of your I-129F looking for any irregularities.

I sure hope you're not engaged to a guy, fiance = male :D

lol,, FIANCEE then leatherneck,, yea you are right it goes like that. and yea everything is all good on my final decree, and i129f applications, dates and all... thanks....

Then you should be fine if your case is solid.

Never a "former" Marine, just not active duty. :D
